Job Description
Seeking a senior Workday HCM Business Analyst to support a HR onboarding automation initiative focused on modernizing and digitizing complex, manual onboarding processes across HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end process mapping (current → future state) across onboarding lifecycle, both that which occurs in Workday and other systems
• Propose technology and process solutions based on requirements and business goals
• Conduct surveys, focus groups, and stakeholder interviews (including senior leaders)
• Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities
• Translate findings into business requirements, process designs, and use cases
• Partner with HRIS, Tech, and other functional teams on technology-enabled solutions
