English speaking Call Agent based in US
(Remote Workers for Morning / Afternoon/ Evening/ Weekend)
REPORTS TO: Shift Supervisor
Objective:
To collect complete, accurate, unbiased telephone survey data for GDCC clients by adhering to all required survey protocol
Essential Job Duties:
• Collects unbiased and accurate telephone survey data
• Reads questionnaires verbatim
• Uses proper interviewing techniques as outlined by company
• Records respondents' answers with 100% accuracy
• Submits verified payroll-hours accurately and on time
• Attends and comprehends all project briefings as required
• Ensures confidentiality of the client and of the respondent's answers
• Understands and adheres to data collection quality assurance standards
• Ability to work shifts with a high degree of flexibility and dependability
• Performs other essential duties as required
