Insight Global is looking for a Remote QA Test Engineer in support of one of our large healthcare clients. The QA Test Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and functionality of member-facing applications across web and mobile platforms. This individual will support the Member Portal team, testing web and mobile applications, APIs, and chatbots that support member experiences. Reporting to the QA Manager, this role collaborates closely with developers, product owners, and other project stakeholders to maintain high-quality application standards throughout the development lifecycle. - Execute manual and automated test cases to validate application functionality, performance, and usability across web and mobile platforms.
