All Star Marketing is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of Facebook and Google Ads campaigns for eCommerce brands. In this role, you will manage large budgets, drive revenue growth through data analysis, and work creatively with teams to meet performance targets.

The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in media buying, as well as strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. This is a remote position offering competitive compensation ranging from $2,500 to $4,000 per month.
