We're hiring Employment and Labor Attorneys to design realistic workplace scenarios, evaluate model outputs against established standards, and help shape how the next generation of AI reasons about employment disputes, workplace investigations, and labor matters. We welcome employment defense and plaintiff attorneys, in-house labor counsel, EEO investigators, and senior associates in employment practice. Class action and wage-and-hour specialists are particularly encouraged.

What You'll Do

• Design realistic workplace scenarios drawn from your practice (EEOC charges, severance and non-compete drafting, harassment investigations, wage & hour analyses, NLRB matters, employment policies)
• Write golden reference responses at attorney-level quality
