Position Overview

Become a vital part of the Blue Mantis team as a Remote L2 Help Desk Engineer. This role focuses on first-level support and escalation handling for client issues.
As an EUX Engineer L2, you will assist Managed Services clients by resolving technical problems through phone and web ticketing. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive attitude and strong troubleshooting skills, while also guiding Level I technicians. Your efforts will contribute significantly to effective client support and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve client problems through call center and web tickets
• Aid Level I technicians with complex issue escalation
• Update and maintain Help Desk Documentation
• Communicate service ticket status effectively
• Configure desktops or laptops as necessary
Requirements:
• 3-5+ years in Technical Call Center/Help Desk
