Connected Manufacturing™ is seeking a Front Line Support (FLS) Engineer to join our technical support team. The role entails providing exceptional customer support and troubleshooting skills to resolve issues efficiently.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 4 years of technical support experience, excel in communication and problem-solving skills, and have a strong understanding of Opcenter products. This position is fully remote and may involve occasional travel for on-site support.
