Connected Manufacturing™ is seeking a Front Line Support (FLS) Engineer to provide remote technical support for product maintenance and customer issue resolution. Candidates should have over 4 years in technical support, preferably with MES software and Opcenter products.

The role requires excellent troubleshooting skills, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to communicate effectively. The position involves a three-shift rotation to support 24/7 coverage and includes occasional travel for on-site support.
