Remote Customer Advisor German + English

Position Overview

Job Summary:

You'll be the friendly face (or voice) for our German-speaking customers. This role allows you to work remotely in Turkey while providing exceptional customer care.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email.

  • Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate when needed.

  • Track customer satisfaction metrics.

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams.

Requirements:

  • C2 German and C1 English.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
