Position Summary:
The BCBA position at Ocean Psychological Services is responsible for supervision of Mid-level providers and BT's. We are looking for a clinical leader interested in fostering a learning/ can do environment for our staff. The desire to develop structure and incentives for the clinical team is a must and overall team player attitude is non-negotiable. Must be able to effectively communicate and work with Clinical and Operations Directors and executive leadership to help grow the company responsibly and ethically.
