Job Title: Reliability Engineer

Location: Ottawa, Ontario, Canada (Onsite)

Employment Type: W2 / Full-Time / C2C

We are hiring a Reliability Engineer with robust experience in medical devices/MedTech, preferably IVD products. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Design for Reliability (DFR), reliability testing, accelerated life testing (HALT/HASS/ALT), DFMEA/PFMEA, and statistical analysis using tools like Minitab or JMP.

Key Skills Required:

• Reliability engineering for regulated hardware products
• DFMEA, PFMEA, Fault Tree Analysis, FRACAS
• Accelerated aging/life testing and DOE
• Weibull and life data analysis
• Minitab/JMP (Python/Matlab/R is a plus)
• Medical device regulations: ISO 13485, ISO 14971, FDA 21 CFR820, IEC60601

Requirements:

• 4+ years of product/core reliability engineering experience
• Medical device or MedTech domain experience mandatory
