Role Summary Hands‑on Release Manager with DevOps capability to own end‑to‑end releases and CI/CD for a Salesforce‑based CRM & CDP ecosystem. Responsible for safe, auditable, zero‑disruption deployments across integrated enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities Release Management
- Own release lifecycle (Dev → SIT → UAT → Prod)
- Plan and manage release calendar across phases (1A/1B/2)
- Lead Go/No‑Go decisions and readiness reviews
- Coordinate Dev, QA, Integration, and Business teams
- Perform impact assessment (platform, integration, data)
- Define rollback & contingency plans
- Drive post‑release validation & reporting
