Role Summary
As a Relationship Manager, you’ll own the client journey from qualified lead → onboarding through a structured 2-meeting process. Leads will be provided. Your job is to build trust, establish fit, guide the client through the process, and close onboarding—through intellectual, consultative communication (not pushy selling).
This is a high-accountability role for someone who can speak confidently with sophisticated investors and drive conversion with maturity and clarity.
Key Responsibilities
1) Own the conversion journey (primary responsibility)
● Introduce the product incredibly, build trust fast, and assess intent + fit based on client context and expectations
● Present a guided portfolio review + financial planning using questionnaire inputs and internal team outputs/frameworks
