THIS IS A COLLECTIVE BARGAINING UNIT POSITION General Summary The Rehab Services Secretary schedules and registers all patients for Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy outpatient services. The Rehab Services Secretary is responsible for posting charges, assigning ICD-9 codes to outpatients, performs routine office procedures, transcribes patient data, verifies insurance, maintains inventory of supply and assists in preparation and clean-up of patient therapies.
