As a Registration Assistant working within the Student Experience Team, you will play a vital role in the University’s delivery of registration for the Autumn Term 2026 (September and October).

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for supporting our students through the online and in-person steps within our registration process; including checking their submissions of ID and Immigration documents via our Right to Study Check portal; inputting key information onto their Student Record; assisting with email enquiries ahead of their arrival; and finally, welcoming them into our in-person event spaces to complete final registration checks, before issuing their Student Registration Card.
