SALARY

R1 041 402 per annum, (A portion of the package can be structured according to the individual’s personal needs). It will be expected of the successful candidate to participate in a system of remunerated commuted overtime.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum educational qualification: Appropriate qualification that allows registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a Medical Practitioner.

Registration with a Professional Council: Registration with the HPCSA as a Medical Practitioner (Independent Practice). Inherent 99 requirements of the job: A valid (code B/EB) driver’s licence. Commuted overtime is compulsory. Emergency and after-hours call cover. Each Registrar will be appointed in a specific training hospital but will be required to work across the distributed training platform.
