Job Summary
The Registered Products Administrator role is a contract position available until December 31, 2026, in a hybrid working model under Fidelity Canada’s Dynamic Working Policy. The role will be based at 483 Bay Street in Toronto until late 2026, after which the primary location will shift to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.
Key Responsibilities
- Process RESP withdrawals and transfer requests.
- Coordinate the timing and generation of ESDC monthly in/out grant files.
- Reconcile monthly RESP grant payments from ESDC with the company system.
- Support settlements with the Trustee, RSP, TFSA contributions/deregistrations, RESP administration, RRIF/LIF payment set‑ups, and pension plan unlocking/administration.
- Assist in processing RRSP to RRIF rollovers and related events.
Qualifications
- Post‑secondary education completed or equivalent work experience.
