Description:



• Mileage reimbursed at IRS rate



Must have year experience in skilled home health care including wound care and teaching. The RN will see patients per day.

Valid drivers license and clean driving record

• Locals to the area are allowed to apply

• BLS required

• Infection control

• Communication of patient status changes to RN/MD

• Pain Assessment Management

• Pharmacy calls/patient refill requests

• Vital Sign monitoring

• Wound Care

• Teaching medications/treatments
