Job Summary:
This opportunity is for a Step Down Unit Registered Nurse (RN) located in Saint Louis, Missouri. The position involves providing advanced medical care to adult patients transitioning from intensive care. The role requires proficiency in managing ventilated patients, titrating vasoactive medications, and performing complex bedside procedures within a high-acuity step-down environment.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, a minimum of 36 hours per week
