Local DaVita SNF dialysis dens are located at Plaza in Scottsdale, Haven Sky Harbor in Phoenix, Palm Valley in Goodyear and Resolve in Phoenix. The RN works in a 6-chair dialysis den. It is likely to be a 3-day per week schedule with NO on-call.

The RN must be flexible to support other local SNF Dialysis dens if needed. DaVita SNF Dialysis dens are open Mon-Sat and treat up to 3 shifts of patients each day dependent on census. Strart times are typically around 5 am.

Approximately 10% of all dialysis patients reside in a Skilled Nursing Facility and are transported to dialysis three times a week placing a significant burden on patients and adding significant avoidable costs to the health care system.
