Requirements

• Active registration and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Current CPR and First Aid certification, completed through a recognized training provider within the past 12 months.
• Valid WHMIS 2015 certification, issued or renewed within the past 12 months.
• Negative TB test (2-step or 1-step with prior documentation), completed within the past 12 months.
• Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination, or exemption in accordance with the Ontario Human Rights Code. ...
