Northwest Florida Community Hospital is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Baylor Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical/Surgical team. This weekend Baylor position offers a consistent daytime schedule while providing exceptional patient care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Schedule:

+ Baylor Weekend Program

+ Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

+ 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

+ Eligible for Baylor differential pay in accordance with hospital policy.


Position Summary:

The Baylor Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering safe, high-quality nursing care to patients admitted to the Medical/Surgical Unit. Working collaboratively with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team, the RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates individualized patient care while promoting positive patient outcomes and an exceptional patient experience.
