Current RN license

Relevant certifications in medical-surgical nursing

Previous experience in a medical-surgical unit

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients.
• Supervise nursing staff and delegate appropriate patient care tasks.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure delivery of high-quality nursing care.
• Maintain competency in clinical skills and adhere to safety standards.
