Collects appropriate data specific to diagnosis for evaluation purposes.

Develops treatment plans that reflect judgement and skill application commensurate with patient's health and age-specific status.

Modifies exercise prescription due to changes in medications, environmental conditions or medical status.

Recognizes a patient's lack of progress and consults with colleagues, physician or other disciplines for treatment ideas in a timely manner. Documents information completely and according to insurance and department guidelines.
