Position Overview
Duties
- Provide exceptional patient care in the Operating Room with a focus on orthopedic procedures, while also supporting general surgeries as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standards of care and patient outcomes.
- Participate in on-call rotations and be prepared to float within scope to meet facility needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the Epic charting system.
Skills
- Strong orthopedic skills, with a preference for experience in scrub orthopedic surgeries and spinal fusion.
- Proficiency in general surgery, neuro/spine, robotics, and urology.
- Competent in using electrosurgical units and fiber optic light sources/cords.
- BLS certification is required.
