Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (MS/Tele) provides high-quality inpatient care for patients with cardiac and stroke diagnoses in a fast-paced medical-surgical/telemetry setting. The role emphasizes safe bedside skills, continuous cardiac monitoring support, and timely escalation using rapid response processes.
Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and perform nursing interventions according to clinical protocols.
• Interpret cardiac rhythm changes and support dysrhythmia management through appropriate escalation.
• Place and manage IV lines and perform peripheral line care/management.
• Perform mandatory phlebotomy and support diagnostic blood collection as required.
• Deliver oxygen therapy and non-invasive airway management, including nasal cannula and oxygen face masks.
