Job Title

Perform comprehensive professional nursing duties for the care of patients with a variety of injuries and illnesses in various outpatient departments and/or field clinics.

Serve as liaison between providers and patients.

Assess patients' conditions, screening and consults, and determine the required care needed.

Set-up and operates and provide maintenance to specialized equipment.

Perform routine nursing tasks including but not limited to patient set up, education, nursing assessment, procedures and injections.

Execute nursing care under directions of the provider such as: medication injections, wound care/dressing changes, administrating prescribed medications following medication administration safeguards, and assist in clinical procedures.

Implement physicians' orders accurately and promptly, using nursing judgment.
