Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Home Health with high volume case loads.
- Travel Experience: 1 year of previous Home Health travel experience required. General travel experience is not accepted.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Special Requirements: Recent OASIS experience required. Candidates must take an OASIS exam to be eligible for an interview. Prior to the exam, review the Oasis E11, focusing on Mobility (G-Section, GG Section, and M18).
Job Details
- Shift: 0800 start time.
- Weekend Requirement: Yes, every 4 weeks.
- Territory: Covering LA County with a mileage radius of 5-20 miles.
- Mileage: Reimbursement per IRS standard.
- On-Call Requirement: Yes.
