The Community RN Career Direct Care Pathway placement is comprised of four levels based on a RN’s minimum experience, education, and qualifications.

**Level I** - 0 – Less than 12 Months of RN Experience.

**Level II** - 12 Months - Less than 3 Years of RN Experience.

**Level III** - 3 Years - Less than 8 Years of RN Experience.

**Level IV** - 8 Years of RN Experience.

**Job Overview**

The RN Complex Care independently provides direct nursing care to patients and their families in accordance with established policies, procedures, and practices in a complex care area.

**Location** : Main Campus

**Unit** : Main, Emergency Room

**Shift** : 36 Hours, Night shift

Weekends and Holidays Required
