Job Summary:
Provide expert nursing care to patients in the emergency room setting, ensuring rapid assessment, intervention, and stabilization of acute conditions. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver efficient, quality emergency services.
Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' conditions quickly and accurately upon arrival.
• Administer treatments, medications, and interventions as prescribed.
• Document patient care activities and vital signs thoroughly.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for effective patient management.
• Comply with safety protocols, including hospital fire and life safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Valid AHA BLS certification required....
