Requirements: Must have 2yrs ED/ER experience during the past 3yrs. Updated resume, Basic Life Support (BLS - AHA or Red Cross), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS - AHA or Red Cross), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS - AHA or Red Cross), National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC), Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), current drivers license (DL), and an active Wisconsin or Compact RN license.
