TIER II

Commitment to work 6 shifts per 4-week schedule.

Work two weekend shifts per 4 week schedule

Work (or take call) two holidays per year, (1 major Holiday and 1 minor Holiday) as defined by Department Director. Holidays worked will be paid at time and a half.
