Elder Life Management, now part of the BAYADA family, is seeking a compassionate, adaptable, and clinically strong **Registered Nurse (RN) Care Manage** r to support older adults and their families in Tinton Falls, NJ with clients primarily in central jersey.

This is a unique opportunity for an **RN** who wants to use their clinical judgment in a more independent, relationship-driven role.
