• Location: Evanston, Hospital Primary, Skokie (secondary and subject to change)
• Full Time/Part Time: Per Diem
• Hours: Night shift; ) weekend and holiday requirements per level agreement
• Per Diem Commitment Level: Per Diem Level 1: 32-72 hrs. or Per Diem Level 2: 73-110 hrs. or Per Diem Level 3 : 111-144 hrs. / per 6-week schedule
