We are seeking a Registered Land Surveyor to join a growing survey team in the North Atlanta area. This is a great opportunity for a motivated professional to lead and support land development projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:

Perform accurate measurements of land features, boundaries, and property lines using modern survey equipment and CAD software.

Research historical land records, plats, and maps to validate property boundaries.

Create detailed reports, legal descriptions, and maps (2D & 3D) for use in planning and development.

Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to draft and compile topographic surveys, boundary surveys, and utility layouts.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal standards for land surveying.

Coordinate with engineers, architects, and construction teams as needed.
