Overview

Registered Home Manager – Women’s Residential Rehabilitation Service, Oxford, £44,000 per annum. A 22-bed residential rehabilitation home providing specialist support for women recovering from substance misuse, with complex mental health needs at times. Referrals come from prison services and the community, with an average stay of around six months (minimum stay 12 weeks). The service focuses on rehabilitation, empowerment, and sustainable change in a safe, supportive, and structured environment.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and resilient Registered Home Manager to lead and develop the service.
