• Work location Required: 1300 West Terrell Avenue, Fort Worth, TX 76104

• Work hours Required: Full-time, 40 hours weekly, rotating 8-hour shifts

• Hours may vary beginning as early as 7:00am and ending as late as 6:00pm

• Call and weekends required on a rotational basis

• Travel Required: 50% to surrounding hospitals & clinics (mileage reimbursement provided)
