Job Summary:
Supervises and provides a safe and therapeutic environment for children. Conducts 1:1 individual therapy instruction utilizing the principals of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) based upon an individualized behavior intervention plan designed by the Senior Behavior Analyst, BCBA, or BCaBA for children diagnosed with autism, intellectual disabilities, and emotional and behavioral disorders. Services may be provided in an office, residence, or community setting. The RBT supports the improvement of patient's overall physical, psychological, spiritual, and social well-being through therapeutic interactions guided by the patients' person-centered treatment plans. They assist patients in achieving desired outcomes for an overall healthier quality of life. They collaborate with staff and individual patients.
