Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply planning strategies to ensure efficient inventory management.
• Own end‑to‑end regional supply planning execution across APAC, applying strong technical planning judgement to balance product availability, inventory levels, and lead times
• Act as the lead contributor for allocation, prioritisation, and recovery planning, providing clear recommendations and structured escalation where required
• Translate supply plans into effective execution, including order actions, replenishment flows, and coordination with regional and global distribution centres
• Partner closely with demand planning, logistics, order processing, and country supply teams to align planning decisions with operational realities
• Drive value‑added initiatives beyond BAU, including process improvements, planning efficiency, and enhancement of supply planning tools
