Regional Sales Manager — NC/SC

A specialty pharma company is looking for an experienced sales leader to manage and grow a team of dermatology sales reps across the Carolinas.

The clinical model is differentiated and gaining real traction with prescribers. The company is in an active growth phase,and managers coming in now are stepping into roles with P&L impact and direct visibility with senior leadership. This is a field-first culture — the expectation is that you're out with your team, coaching in real time, and driving performance through presence and accountability, not just reporting.

• 5+ years of sales experience with 2+ years managing field teams in pharma, dermatology, or medical device
