The RSM will be responsible for:
- Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead and manage a team of Professional Sales Representatives to ensure territory sales targets, SFE and call objectives are consistently met. Align team activities with broader marketing and organizational goals. - Sales Target Achievement
Optimize and maintain the sales function across the allocated territory to ensure sales targets are achieved. This involves daily field visits to coach, support and guide the sales team. - Event Coordination & Representation
Support the planning and execution of divisional initiatives such as conferences, speaker programs, and promotional events—both regionally and nationally (CMEs/CDPs etc). -
