Position Overview
Regional Sales Manager requires:
- Proven hunter sales profile – consistently drives new business and territory growth (not a maintenance/farmer type).
- Submersible pump sales experience OR closely related:
- Pumps (ideally submersible), and/or
- Municipal / industrial slurry applications, and/or
- Controls for slurry / industrial pumping environments.
- Strong experience selling through distributors/channel partners and directing them toward target accounts and products (not just taking what they give).
- Experience in industrial B2B field sales (municipal and/or industrial customers).
- Travel requirements: Approximately 75% travel across the Great Lakes region, including frequent overnight travel (typically 2–3 night...
