Regional Sales Manager (West Region) – PowerOne Cooling Solutions

Location: Remote (Western United States)

Work Type: Full-Time | Travel Required (~40–50%)

Drive the growth of Airsys’ PowerOne product portfolio—including liquid rack cooling, air cooling, fan walls, integrated cooling solutions, and supporting thermal management systems—by managing and developing our independent sales representative (rep) network across the western United States. This role focuses on channel management and sales enablement, ensuring rep firms are trained, supported, and equipped to represent the full PowerOne lineup. Unlike a Key Account Manager, this position is rep‑network‑centric , driving coverage, pipeline development, and regional sales execution through channel partners.
