About the role

As the Regional Sales Director, you will drive profitable sales growth for the Nova Biomedical Clinical portfolio across the UK, Ireland, and the Nordics by building and coaching a high‑performing team that adheres strictly to established company policies and procedures.

What you’ll do

• Build an annual Regional Strategic Business Plan including Sales and Unit Targets, and a Tactical Plan to support achievement of goals and commercial success across the Region.
• Lead Regional Commercial Team to execute the Tactical Plan to exceed Sales and Unit targets.
• Build a high‑performing Regional Commercial Team, ensuring they are empowered and equipped with product knowledge, sales tools and sales skills, to successfully sell Nova Biomedical’s portfolio of clinical products spanning:
• Point of Care Meters (Stat Strip and Stat Sensor meters)
