The Regional Sales Manager leads their region to deliver exceptional commercial results and consistently outstanding customer experiences. They take full accountability for the region’s financial performance, translating business objectives into clear strategies and actionable plans that drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence across multiple stores.
This role is field‑based, so you’d have to be comfortable and happy to commute across all of the East and North Midlands; the geography of the store portfolio.
