Position Purpose:

The Regional Rental Manager (RRM) is accountable for running profitable operations of the HD Rental Large Equipment and Field team for their assigned Region. The RRM is responsible for and oversees the entire Field Rental Operation, Large Equipment and Delivery Revenue, operational efficiencies, staffing, training, development of talent, and profitability including P&L for their assigned region. The RRM's primary focus is the growth and development of their team & business through frequent communication, strategic planning, and coordination with various functional areas within THD. The RRM is accountable for Regulatory Compliance and associate safety performance. The RRM is influential in supporting the customer experience through Tool Rental Center presentation, quality of routine maintenance of Large Equipment, and knowledgeable & well-represented Field Technicians.
