About the Role

We are seeking a high‑performing Senior Recruiter – Regional Asia to support a leading multinational organization in the engineering space. This role will serve as the first recruitment hire based in the Philippines, supporting a distributed talent acquisition team across the Asia‑Pacific region.

You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, partnering closely with regional stakeholders to deliver high‑quality talent across both volume and executive roles.
