Role Objective

The Regional Manager is responsible for the commercial development and strategic management of the assigned area for the sale of industrial rubber and PVC hoses, solid rubber sheets and expanded rubber, managing both national and international customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the regional sales plan in line with company objectives.
• Develop and strengthen the customer portfolio (distributors, OEMs, manufacturing industry, construction, plant engineering, agricultural sector, etc.).
• Manage commercial relationships with international clients and participate in meetings conducted in English.
