Regional Manager, Real Estate (APAC)

Location: Johor Bahru, Malaysia

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of real estate portfolio across APAC including acquisitions, disposals, renewals, and consolidations.
• Lead real estate transactions and negotiations with landlords and stakeholders.
• Prepare business cases and proposals for Real Estate Board approval.
• Ensure lease administration compliance and maintain portfolio database on APAC area.
• Drive workplace strategy and office development projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders.
• Oversee property maintenance and facility standards.
• Ensure adherence to ESG standards within the real estate portfolio.
• Manage vendors and service providers.
• Act as primary contact point for APAC real estate matters.
