Key Responsibilities-

Warehousing-
Identifying, Selection & Appointment of 3PL/CFA service partners for warehousing
Day-to-day monitoring of 5-6 DC/RWs/CWS Warehouses
Ensuring operational efficiencies & cost management of Warehouses along with regular reporting on costs as compared to annual budgets
Lead warehouse capability enhancement projects and drive the implementation with the delivery of results.
Responsible for warehouse agreements and the closures.
Functional Audit of all warehouses
